Dublin Bay Prawn Cocktail

2kg finely shredded Iceberg lettuce
4 spring onions, finely sliced
1 ripe avocado, chopped
Squeeze of lime
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Cocktail sauce, to taste
350g succulent prawns

Blend lettuce, spring onions, avocado, salt, pepper, cayenne, and lime for a refreshing base.

Gently stir prawns in cocktail sauce, reserving some for topping.

Layer salad mix and prawn blend in ice cream sundae-style glasses or a cup.

Crown with cocktail sauce and juicy prawns
