Marie Rose Seafood Sauce

Serves 325g sauce
Ingredients
- 300g mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper or paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brandy and lemon juice together with a fork until evenly blended.
- Season to taste with cayenne pepper, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
