- 1/2 pack Seafood & Eat It® white crab
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon mascarpone
- 1/2 red chilli, finely sliced
- 1 small handful coriander, roughly chopped
- a squeeze of lime
- 2 slices ciabatta
- 1 handful grated cheese
- ground black pepper to taste
- Mix the crab, mustard, mascarpone, chilli and coriander in bowl until well combined the squeeze over the lime.
- Spread the mixture over the ciabatta and top with your choice of grated cheese.
- Toast under the grill until golden. Season with pepper and serve.
